Research Interests

Βorn in Athens in 1976, is a graduate of the Department of Environmental Science (University of the Aegean) and holds a master's degree in Environmental Policy and Management.

  • Since the end of 2001 he has been working at the former Agricultural Research Station of Lesvos, participating in research projects on plant protection in olive cultivation
  • Since 2007 she is in charge of the Mytilene Olive Oil Laboratory (accredited from 28-04-2015)
  • Quality manager according to ISO 17025
  • Panel leader of the accredited organoleptic evaluation team of virgin olive oils
  • Judge in international and national quality olive oil competitions
  • Analyst in olive oil quality control
